As soon as you place your order on our website, our warehouse team will begin to prepare your order so that you can start wearing your new footwear as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, this means that once your order has been packed, we are unable to cancel or amend an order.

Due to third party factors, delivery timescales are based on approximations. If you have ordered multiple items where stock
delays are experienced, your goods may be delivered in instalments. 


Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to a PO Box.

We’ve gone paperless! As part of our commitment to sustainability we do not send out returns paperwork with orders, instead we have a simple online returns system.

For your convenience, there is an extra bag inside your box that you should use to send your return back to us. Please only use the return bag provided and ensure that the corners of the bag are taped down.

We hope you will not need to return your order, but if you do all you need to hand is your order number and email address.

When you’re ready head over to our Returns Center. Simply enter your order number and email address and select the items that you wish to return, you will then have the option of a refund or exchange.

If you are trying to return an item(s) below the value that qualifies for free shipping a label will not be generated. You are then required to send the package back to us independently at your own expense. We will not be able to reimburse any costs.


If you would like to use our DHL Express Return Service a £5.00 return shipping charge will be automatically deducted from your refund. If using an alternative courier please ensure you use a tracked service.


Use our DHL Express returns service for a quick and easy return. With drop off locations worldwide returning could not be simpler.

Should you be in a location not served by DHL, we will recommend that you use your local postage service using a tracked service.

Please note to use this service, you will need access to a printer.

Please ensure the Returns Form is completed within 30 days of receipt of the shipment, you are able to send the items back at your earliest convenience.

Your items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.

All exchange requests and orders not sent back within 14 days of the initial request will be cancelled.
